1. Accepted Payment Methods We exclusively use PayPal to process all transactions. This ensures your payment is handled by one of the world's most trusted and secure payment platforms.

You can pay using:

  • PayPal Account Balance: Log in to your existing PayPal account to pay instantly.
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Guest Checkout): You do not need a PayPal account to pay. You can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover cards by selecting "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" (or "Check Out as a Guest") at the PayPal checkout screen.

2. Currency & Fees

  • Store Currency: All prices listed on our website are in British Pounds (£ GBP).
  • International Transaction Fees: Please note that while we charge in GBP, our merchant entity is located in the United States. Some UK banks may charge a small "International Transaction Fee" or "Non-Sterling Transaction Fee" even if the transaction is in Pounds. helqon.shop does not collect these fees and has no control over them.

3. Payment Process For your security, the actual payment process takes place on PayPal's encrypted servers:

  2. After entering your shipping information, click "Complete Order".
  3. You will be redirected to the secure PayPal website.
  4. Log in to pay, or select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" to pay as a guest.
  5. Once the payment is successful, you will be redirected back to our store to view your order confirmation.

5. Import Duties & Taxes (VAT) We ship to the United Kingdom on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means all applicable UK import VAT and customs duties are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be asked to pay extra fees to the courier upon delivery.

  • Ensure your card is enabled for international transactions (as our processor is in the US).
